The Second is a First Aide Kit - it has Bandaids, a Thermometer, Neosporin and Burn Cream, and a great product called Friction Block - that you wipe like a deodorant stick on to an area prone to blisters, like your heels.
The Last is Destination Specific - It has Anti-Diuretics, Laxatives and Electrolyte (Salt) Tablets for countries where digestive issues or dehydration are likely.

I actually break this into 3 mini kits. The first is the everyday essentials like Advil, Eye Drops, Cough Drops, Tums and Anti-Itch Cream for bug bites.
