I'm a full time traveler, living 'on the road' (& a budget.) Whenever I travel somewhere new I
Frustratingly, I’ve found nearly every travel website lists the same, well known attractions,
with content chosen for it's advertising potential instead of for the traveler's interests or needs,
and rarely do they have anything of note about the history of a place or people.
It's a Herculean effort to find both the necessary practical travel information and the activities, dining, small
gems and quirky places I am actually interested in seeing.
endlessly research my destination to learn about its culture and find cool, non-touristy places to
visit and unique local festivals to attend.

Hi! ... a little about me
I’m a writer and a costumer for film & TV.
A lot of my travels in the States have been on film projects..
When it came time to say farewell to that part of my career I missed the excitement
of meeting new cities and couldn’t sit still in just one place!
So I packed my whole world up into two small bags and a backpack
and have been living Unmoored ever since.
This site is my travel diary and way of sharing my life with the loved ones left behind,
